To be truly listened to by a Coach one-to-one is nothing short of a profound experience. In that space there is only the Coach and you. The Coach is trained to ‘clear the space’ for the client and the client ‘grows bigger in the presence of the coach’. To be listened to by someone who believes in your magnificence, and who is trained to ask powerful questions is a striking experience.

As the coaching is a judgment free and 100% confidential zone, rapport, trust and truth flow to bring about the desired changes in a person’s life. Coaching is facilitated either face-to-face or via the telephone. Due to their busy schedules, many clients are surprised and delighted, to discover that nowadays the majority of coaches, coach their clients via the telephone. This has proved a very effective medium of coaching as the coach can listen very attentively without the visual distractions. However, some clients do prefer the face-to-face interaction, and that can also be extremely powerful, and is also available upon request.
