Our Coaches are trained in being:
- Present - It is always about you and never about the coach
- Judgment Free - Operate from a ‘judgment free’ zone.
- Outcome-Oriented - It’s all about the results that are obtained from the action taken by you.
- Ecology-Aware - It must be good for you, good for those around you, and good for the world around you.
- Supportive - The coaching- relationship support will determine the quality of your journey.
- Open Minded - A willingness to have an open mind – there is no right or wrong – only perception.
- Understanding - Understand where you are, what your beliefs & values are, what perceptions you have.
- Catalysts - Catalysts to change beliefs/values that do not serve, support, nurture and challenge.
- Believers and Motivators - Continual forward momentum to grow and discover the true magnificence of you.
- Genuinely Curious - A genuine sense of wonder and curiosity and willingness to explore the unknown.
- Perfection-Free - Don’t look to get it right – willing to try anything – and make few mistakes in process.

- Self Observant/Reflective - Live by credo of emotional intelligence, sensory acuity & awareness.
- Recognizers of What Can & Can’t Be Influenced - Know what can and can’t be influenced.
- Self-Aware of Their Own Emotions - Are self-aware and invisible during coaching sessions to enter your ‘map of the world.’
- Aware of Own Strengths & Weaknesses - Aware of own strengths and weaknesses/seek to create CANI *each & every day.
