Please Note: there is a difference between Executive Coaching and Consulting.  Consulting focuses on collection and analysis of data and then reporting back the findings.  Coaches ask powerful questions to discover the gaps in the business, then coach to close the gaps.  The Coach does not make recommendations about the outcomes or solutions – however we do share insights about what challenges are perceived.
